Aunty Candy has been an immense help to us as first-time parents. She was not only incredibly attentive to both my baby and me, but also an amazing cook! My husband and I looked forward to every meal she prepared — each dish was thoughtfully made with so much effort and love. She even handmade her own wantons/dumplings! Every meal was a delightful and delicious surprise.
It’s truly impressive how she managed to whip up such sumptuous meals every day despite having little rest, as she was always up tending to our baby’s cries at night. She also made sure I was well-hydrated at all times, bringing me red dates tea or water whenever I was latching or pumping.
Thanks to her attentive care, nourishing meals, and constant reminders to rest and recover, I’ve healed and regained my strength really well after delivery. Her organization and efficiency made everything run smoothly, and her patience in teaching us how to care for our baby — down to the smallest details — gave us great confidence as new parents. And as a bonus, I love that she’s a cat lady too!
