Employer’s Written Consent for Confinement Nanny Work Permit Application

We require the following details in order to assist you in applying for the confinement nanny’s work permit:

• If an item is not applicable, please indicate “NA”.
• Please provide a valid residential address (nanny’s work place) that is on your NRIC. If you need to update your residential address, please do so at their nearest police post.

**Please note new changes to work permit process**
1. From 1 Jul 2021, the employer must log in to the FDW eService to authorise NannySOS agency before Agency can proceed with the work permit transaction.

2. Login link will be sent to the employer. The employer must respond to the authorisation within 7 days.

3. The employer must have a Singpass to log in for the authorisation. Please register for a Singpass if you do not have one.
