As for expectant mothers without any pregnancy complications, try going for different varieties of fruits. During the early stages of pregnancy, try comsuming lesser hawthorn and papaya as these fruits have the tendency to increase the risk of uterine contractions. Here are several fruits that are especially recommended for pregnant women.
Firstly, eating Autumn Pear (秋梨) can bring down the body heat. It is crispy, juicy, sweet and refreshing as well as mellow and pleasant. It not only assumes the role of a thirst quencher, but also treat edema of pregnancy and pregnancy-induced hypertension. At the same time, it has sedative, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It can be used for the prevention and treatment of lung infections and hepatitis. It can also prevent dry mouth, dry lips and not only protect the throat, but prevent pneumonia, bronchitis and hepatitis too.
